This is supposed to be a doozy, according to everything I’ve heard. Still….this means 3 days cold turkey! Not my favorite past couple of days, but I’m doing it at least!

and I’m already constantly on the verge of tears. I’ve been living outside even though it’s disgustingly hot. Finishing this pack today and then tomorrow is Day 1 of my smoke-free life. I’m going to miss this….but I have to do it. It’s time. This is it.
